Preparation Instructions:
Step 1: add 32 fluid oz. Of cold tap water to a 20-quart mixing bowl. Add the contents of 1 pouch of instant meringue powder and mix with a wire whip on speed 1. Scrape bowl.
Step 2: whip on speed 3 for 5 minutes or until meringue forms a soft peak.
Step 3: bake at 375-400f until peaks brown.
Storage instructions: Store in a clean, dry area away from direct heat and light at temperatures between 60f to 75f.
